Sometimes you need to make food for yourself, and only you. These are times when it's easy to fall into the unhealthy/fast-food box. If you find yourself in this box, climbing out of it will award you with healthy benefits. It may be easier to order fast-food, but it doesn't have to be hard to find a healthy alternative.
